The Pestana resort in situated between the beautiful old fishing town of Carvoeiro and Estombar and is ideally located for the famous Algarvian beaches as well as the stunning scenery of the Serra de Monchique mountain. With the opening of the new motorway transfers from Faro Airport to our apartment could not be easier, taking no more than 45-60 minutes. There is a large water park less than a 5 minute drive whilst the ancient Moorish city of Silves is easily accessible. There are two 18 hole golf courses at the resort plus the Pestana golf centre with a golf school, driving range and practise green.
