Rental rates for the apartment are per week.
Minimum stay 3 nights (subject to availability).

Low Season: November - March £350.00
Mid Season: April - June & September - October £450.00
High Season: July & August £750.00

Notes to the rental rates
A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance being due 8 week before the arrival date. A damage deposit of £150 is also required which is returnable 10 days after departure. Air conditioning and central heating are normally included in the weekly rates but an extra charge may be made for high usage. We try to be as flexible as possible, if you wish to rent for a long week-end or mid week please contact us we will be happy to oblige.
We also consider long term rental during the low season at discounted rates.

Cots can be provided at no extra cost. There is a weekly maid service but can be more at a small cost if you wish.
Entertainment: Plasma TV & cable, plus DVD & CD.
Outside: balcony, with storage, barbecue, table & 6 chairs. There is parking outside the apartment.
The Swimming pool is 1 minute walk and has facilities.
Suitability: pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible, suitable for elderly or infirm, children welcome, non smoking only.

Notes: There is additional ground floor storage for golf clubs, pushchairs etc. Whilst the apartment is generally suitable for the elderly or infirm, as it is on the first floor, there are steps up to the apartment.
